It's Britta the Brunch Detective performed by Jared with the PIT house sketch team "Totally, Yes!". Written by LISA VIKINGSTAD. Britta gets wasted every weekend and then uses her time at brunch to figure out "what the FUCK happened last night?!" through clues and interviews with witnesses.
